This service is suitable for anyone who would like to change their eating habits.

Easy-to-follow recipes and nutrition advice provided for each plan.

Includes 3 online meetups:
​
The first online meetup (1 hour) includes an in-depth discussion about your health starting with medical conditions & medications. Symptoms, food intolerance, lifestyle, food habits, and supplementation are all discussed.
At the second online meetup (1 hour) you will receive a detailed protocol, to help you achieve all your personal health goals. Lifestyle & diet recommendations, recipes & the tools needed to succeed!
The third online meetup (30 minutes) is a follow-up appointment to ensure you are on track to reaching your goal.

Some clients require more sessions than others, but we all discuss this in detail.
