This smoothie is full of goodness:

✔ Full of protein.

Ingredients:

🔸️1 cup coconut milk.

🔸️3 tbsp GF oats.

🔸️1/2 cup blueberries.

🔸️1 banana.

🔸️1 tbsp almond butter.
