The yummiest breakfast smoothie ever, and it will keep you full until the lunch hour!

This smoothie is full of goodness:
ā Healthy fats.
ā Full of protein.
ā Gluten Free.
ā Easy on your stomach.
All you need a few ingredients and #vacuumblender like @biochef (not sponsored)
Ingredients:
šøļø1 cup coconut milk.
šøļø3 tbsp GF oats.
šøļø1/2 cup blueberries.
šøļø1 banana.
šøļø1 tbsp almond butter.
šøļø1 tbsp #plantbased protein (not sponsored).
Method:
Blend all ingredients and enjoy your breakfast smoothie.
