The yummiest breakfast smoothie ever, and it will keep you full until the lunch hour!

This smoothie is full of goodness:
✔ Healthy fats.
✔ Full of protein.
✔ Gluten Free.
✔ Easy on your stomach.

Ingredients:
🔸️1 cup coconut milk.
🔸️3 tbsp GF oats.
🔸️1/2 cup blueberries.
🔸️1 banana.
🔸️1 tbsp almond butter.
🔸️1 tbsp #plantbased protein (not sponsored).

Blend all ingredients and enjoy your breakfast smoothie.
