Summer Salad

I am not sure about you but as soon as the sun is out I feel like eating a big
bowl of salad.
This salad is full of goodness and vitamins, such as Vitamin A, C, B6, and K.
Your body will thank you for a big dose of vitamins and minerals.😉
What do you tend to eat when is warm?
It's the yummiest recipe ever and your body will ask for more 😋.
Anyway if you would like to make this salad - please see the ingredients below.
Ingredients:
🔸️1 big mango,
🔸️1 avocado,
🔸️1 red bell pepper,
🔸️1 cucumber,
🔸️3 tomatoes,
🔸️1 cup spinach,
🔸️1 cup Chinese leaf's,
🔸️6-8 almonds,
🔸️1 tbsp sunflower seeds,
🔸️half of red onion,
🔸️1/2 orange juice,
🔸️1 tbsp raw cider vinegar.
Method:
Wash all your veggies, fruits, and salad leaves.
In a big salad bowl, add all your chopped ingredients and set them aside.
Place orange juice and apple cider vinegar in the jar, and shake to combine.
Pour over your salad, mix well and enjoy.😉
