When you wake up, when working from home, during the day and especially before going to bed?



I know so many people craving for comfort foods and sweets, and takeaways.

The lockdown has changed the life for so many people...


But, some people choose to look after their body, while others neglect the opportunity to do so.


You cannot live the life blaming the lockdown and messing up your eating habits... but some people do....and that is their choice.



You only feel hungry when there is a lower concentration of glucose, amino acids or fatty acids in your body.


Basically, your brain send the signals to your body and reduce hunger pangs that makes you to eat , and eat!
