PUMPKIN SPICE MUFFINS

I can't help myself but I love pumpkin. 😃
These pumpkin muffins were gone by the end of the day. 🙈😃 I am more than sure you willl love them, as much as we did.
Ingredients:
🔸️1/2 cup pumpkin pure,
🔸️1 flaxseed egg,
🔸️1 cup coconut milk,
🔸️1 cup GF flour,
🔸️1 tbsp pumpkin spice,
🔸️1 tbsp hazelnut butter,
🔸️1/2 cup raisins,
🔸️1/2 walnuts,
🔸️2-3 tbsp maple syrup,
🔸️Avocado spray for baking
Method:
Flaxseed egg:
To make a flax egg, mix one tablespoon ground flaxseed meal with three tablespoons of water. Mix together, and let sit in your fridge for 15 minutes to set up and thicken.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In the meantime , prepare the muffins mould.
Mix wet ingredients together and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.
In a separate bowl mix wet and dry ingredients together until well combined.
Bake for 20mins at 180°C in fan oven.
