THREE FLOUR BANANA BREAD

It was a while when I baked banana bread in our house, not sure what to blame 😀.
But every time I bake, it's so hard for my family not to gobble down a slice or maybe two?! 😃
Also, I like to create a new recipe each time I bake.
May I indulge you with a slice of the yummiest banana bread you have ever tried? I am serious - it's so good and you need to try this.
🔸️3 very ripe bananas.
🔸️1/3 cup chickpeas flour.
🔸️1cup coconut flour.
🔸️1/3 GF oat flour.
🔸️1tbsp cinnamon.
🔸️2tbsp carob powder.
🔸️1tsp baking powder.
🔸️1 chia egg.
🔸️1 tbsp coconut oil.
🔸️1 tbsp maple syrup.
🔸️50 ml filtered water.
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Prepare the banana bread tin and spray with avocado oil or coconut oil.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the melted coconut oil into the mashed bananas. Mix well!
Stir in chia egg and maple syrup. Mix these ingredients well, and then slowly add the water.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, carob powder, and baking soda.
Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients together.
Pour the batter into your prepared loaf tin. Bake for 40-45 minutes to 1 hour at 180°C in a fan oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
